On Saturday, October 7, Benet Academy hosted their last home football game during the 2023 season. Students showed their school spirit by wearing pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month. The Redwings beat St. Patrick 23-13. Benet was given strong competition, yet they still played it through. The seniors were the biggest supporters, as it was their last home football game at Benet. Senior Avion Shannon Sime said, “It was a great end to our football season being able to see them get a victory from the sidelines, especially on their last home game.” Students and staff enjoyed watching the team play this season.
