Hi, my name is Damian Schulz. I am a sophomore at Benet and an alum of St. Joan of Arc Catholic School in Lisle. At Benet, I am on the Track and Cross Country teams. Additionally, I am part of the History Club and Men of Benet. Outside of school, I altar serve at both St. Joan of Arc and St. Procopius Abbey and life guard. In my free time, I enjoy watching football, playing video games, and hanging out with my friends. Some topics that interest me are current events and music. A fun fact about me is that I earned varsity letters in both Track and Cross Country as a freshman.

I am very excited to be able to write for the Benet Herald this year. I plan to cover mostly sports and school news. I hope that my reporting can keep students and the Benet community up to date on school news. Additionally, I want to inform others about the many amazing Redwing sports teams and their athletes!
