Here at Benet Academy, many believe that the Christmas season starts after Thanksgiving, when most students begin to put up festive decorations. But when is it officially “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year”? When does the Christmas season really begin?

Many students were interviewed and asked this question and a majority stated that the Christmas season starts after Thanksgiving or in early November. I personally believe the Christmas season starts on November 1st. However, not everyone is willing to wait until November or December to engage in Christmas cheer. One student from the junior class boldly asserted that the Christmas season begins on August 1st, an opinion that surprised some.  At the end of the day, everyone has their own opinions on when the Christmas season starts. Nevertheless, we look forward to the Christmas season for a variety of reasons, with the beloved Christmas Drive certainly being one of them. Christmas at Benet is truly a magical time!
