Hello! My name is Grant Cabana, and I am a current junior. As an introspective student, I appreciate the immeasurable opportunities to fulfill myself academically, socially, and spiritually here at Benet. Balancing work and fun, I plan to maximize my time in high school so that I have the best future I can. With good grades, more friends, and renewed faith, I hope to pursue my childhood dreams and study medicine in college.

After the ninth-period bell rings, I participate in a variety of clubs—whether I am performing service hours for Benet Scholars or traversing the school for recycling club. Outside of school, I often spend time reading novels, watching movies, and playing videogames. I also play the piano, and I enjoy playing waltzes, sonatinas, and études for family and friends alike.

Throughout my junior year, I wish to increase my involvement in the Benet Herald. Not only do I strive to increase the quantity of my assignments, but I also strive to improve their quality as well. By strengthening my rhetorical skills, I hope to graduate Benet Academy with a sound foundation in how to read and write.
