Hi there! My name is Dominic Piscopo, and I am currently in my final year at Benet Academy and am the Activity Writer for both the Musical and Other Fine Arts events. Outside of writing for the Benet Herald, I have participated in the Musical, Choir, Orchesis, and Madrigals. In addition, I am a RAC Peer Tutor, and I also participate in Benet’s Special Spaces and Diversity Leadership Council. On the weekends I work at my job at the Cinemark in Seven Bridges, where I am a Crew Leader. I am very passionate about geography, history, travel, as well as all types of theater. A fun fact about myself is that I placed 63rd out of 129 at the 2024 National Geography Bee, which John, one of our editors, also participated in. I am most excited to show the Benet community through my articles the many Fine Arts events that oftentimes go under-promoted or underappreciated, because at Benet, we should be proud to celebrate all of our talents, artistic, athletic, or otherwise.
