As the air gets cooler and the leaves start to change, Benet Redwings are embracing everything that makes fall a very special season.
Sophomore Tessa Data exclaimed, “My favorite fall activity is going to a pumpkin patch with my friends. It’s the perfect fall activity between hunting for the perfect pumpkin and taking photos surrounded by fall colors. It’s a tradition that makes the season feel complete.” On the other hand, sophomore Maggie Stott says, “I love getting creative by carving pumpkins.” Whether it’s funny faces or intricate designs, she enjoys turning her pumpkin into a work of art and lighting it up on chilly fall nights.
For Alexa Dulle, a member of the class of 2028, a simple night is all she needs- “Fall is about spending time with friends. Some of my favorite activities include cozy movie nights and outdoor adventures, soaking up the last few moments of nice weather before winter.” Alexa loves making memories with the people she hangs out with. Sophomore Reagan Gryder also commented on her favorite fall activity, “I enjoy going to the apple orchard. I get to pick apples, sip cider, and take in the fall colors.” For Reagan, it is the perfect blend of relaxation and tradition.
With all these experiences, freshman Riley Olason prefers to get some rest and relaxation. He says, “Sleeping is my favorite thing to do in the fall.” With the busy school days and chilly weather, he affirms, “There is nothing better to do than getting rest.” As for his friend, Thomas Mountain, fall means fun outside, especially, “Throwing my siblings into giant piles of leaves.” It’s messy, playful, and the perfect way to celebrate fall.
Whether the Benet Redwings are relaxing or exploring, Benet’s students are making the most of everything fall has to offer!
