The Benet Academy girl’s tennis senior night occurred Monday, October 7th, at Benet’s St. Scholastica Courts. The Benet Tennis Varsity girls took on York High School’s Varsity Tennis team. The result of the match was a success, as it came with an amazing win for the Varsity Girls! Shane Delaney, a court one doubles player, says, “It was a close match, and everyone played great tennis all around.” This team is coached by Michael Hand and is full of a great group of girls. The future seems bright for many of these Seniors as they go on to compete for state.
