Musical 2016: Cinderella

The night of the ball, or rather, the musical, is fast approaching. Cinderella promises to be a dazzling show, though it isn’t a fairy godmother’s powers that will make it so magical.  It is rather through the hard work and dedication of the cast and crew. They have been working tirelessly since November, staying long hours after school and even giving up their weekends to put together a production that will be unforgettable.
However, it’s definitely not all work and no fun. Megan Delaney, who plays the stepsister Gabrielle, had no shortage of praise for the “amazingly talented cast” and their “amazing work ethic.” Grace Reid, in the ensemble, loves the “amazing family-like bond [she] formed with the cast.” She looks forward to remembering all of the “traditions and inside jokes” she shared with the cast. Seven Acosta, whom you can also see in the ensemble, looks favorably upon the experience as well, encouraging anyone who’d like to join the drama program to do so because “you become part of the family and Daniels will become your home.” It’s no wonder a cast as closely knit as this one can promise its audience such a fabulous show.
Jump into your pumpkin carriage and come to see the charming culmination of months of preparation on the weekends of March 10-13 and 17-19. It doesn’t take any magical powers to predict that you won’t regret it!
